(a)   The subdivision regulations for the City of Ellis, Kansas, as recommended by the Planning Commission, meeting the conditions for adoption prescribed in K.S.A. 12-749 are hereby adopted.

(b)   The subdivision regulations shall constitute the basis for determination of land developmental procedures within the Zoning Jurisdiction of the City of Ellis, Kansas.
